  • Job Responsibility

    1. Provide training on 21st Century Skills to students from Class 6 to Class 12.
    2. Focus on developing students’ problem-solving skills through practical and innovative activities.
    3. Teach and guide students in the following technical skill areas:

    Electronics

    Drone Technology

    Aero-modelling

    3D Designing and 3D Printing
    4. Submit the weekly training report online to the Foundation in the prescribed format.
    5. Ensure that students learn and practice 25 Century Skills as per the guidelines of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
    6. Conduct both Theory and Practical classes, ensuring hands-on learning and skill application.
    7. Achieve the skill development targets assigned by the institution within the given timeline.
    8. Work on skill productivity, develop student projects/products, connect them to the market, analyze performance, and prepare detailed reports.
    9. Record daily student attendance on the Kushal Bharat App accurately and on time.
    10. Maintain high standards of training quality and motivate students to develop creativity, innovation, and technological thinking.

  • Educational Requirement

    1. The candidate must have a Diploma / ITI / Degree in the relevant trade from a recognized institution.
    2. Candidates with NSQF-aligned training certification will be given preference.
    3. Must possess strong theoretical and practical knowledge of the subject/trade.
    4. Basic computer proficiency and ability to maintain training records is desirable.
    5. Good communication and classroom management skills are required.
    6. Additional certifications from Sector Skill Councils (SSC) will be an added advantage.
